"Loved making it feel personal"
I really liked how many options there were to choose from, and I could make the basket feel personal without, i thought it might be a hassle, but it wasn’t at all. My brother thought it was awesome too, so yeah, I’m happy with how it turned out.

The package showed up right when they said it would, so no complaints about the shipping itself. I just felt a little ignored during the process because there wasn’t much communication or follow-up, but at least everything arrived on time with no issues.

I bought this for my brother, and the first thing I noticed was how nice it looked when it arrived. The presentation really made a good impression before he even got into everything. It was packed neatly, felt put together, and didn’t have that rushed gift-set look. When he opened it, it actually looked fun and thoughtful, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The gift box was nice enough that I didn’t feel like I needed to wrap it or do anything extra.

I sent one of these baskets to my brother for his birthday, and I was mostly just hoping it would show up on time. It did, so that was a relief. He said the beer and snacks were good, and it looked decent when he opened it.
I knocked off a star because the shipping felt kind of expensive, and the tracking was weirdly quiet at the beginning. Still, it worked out and I’d probably order again if I needed an easy gift. That’s it

"Refund and replacement were super easy"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them not expecting much. They replied quickly and gave me the option of a refund or a replacement, which was nice. I went with the replacement, and they sent it out without making the whole thing a hassle. Solid customer support, right? It was handled way better than I expected

My brother was really happy with the basket and said the snacks and beers were good!!! So that part was great!! I’m giving it 3 stars though because the delivery updates were slow and it showed up later than I expected!!! It’s not a bad gift at all, I just wish the tracking and timing had been better for the price!!!

"Honestly nicer than I expected"
I ordered a basket for my brother and was actually surprised by how good it was. Everything looked fresh, packed neatly, and it didn’t have that cheap filler stuff you sometimes get. He was really happy with it too, so I mean… for the price and the quality, it just felt like a good choice...
